Booking Conditions
Deposit - A deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking.
Balance due date - Balance payable 12 weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellations
Up to Balance due date - The deposit will be retained unless another booking is secured for that week. In this case, the deposit will be refunded less a £70 admin fee.
Within 12 weeks of arrival (after the balance has been paid) - no refund will be given unless another booking is secured for that week. In this case we will refund the entire amount less any discount which may be applied to a last minute booking and less a £70 admin fee.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE COVERED IN EVENT OF A CANCELLATION.
